They are willing to sign but don't understand they are taking full reponsibility, no matter how hard I try to explain.They want a shorter term, they have no credit, they have a pet, and I'm willing to bet they don't have a Landlord reference, either.Hard pass.

The property seems hardly usable, as it is surrounded by driveway (looks that way from the listing) and you can also see in your photo of the two cars in the garage, they had to be parked at an angle to fit in the door (that isn't really a 2 car garage in my opinion).Did these $1.7-1.9 mil comps have the same short falls?

I just want to know if I seem like i'm moving in the right direction, if anyone has any experience with the Fannie Mae loan, and if there is any other ways of financing with the possibility of moving in to the property so hard money loans or short term loans are out of the question.
