You just need a cleaning service to handle turnovers, the rest you can do from your phone.

Performing the job effectively is the tough part.To me that means--On time, on budget, in a workmanlike manner, and broom clean when they leave. 

Hey BP,Looking for some references for professional and experienced vacation rental cleaning companies in the Destin / Miramar Beach, Florida area.

We took a look at the house yesterday (entire block was closed off from traffic for the clean up and dumpsters, etc), and not only is the electrical panel cover rusted, but I am sure the HVAC ductwork/furnace/water heater were also all submerged, along with the central AC condenser outside the house. 

@Jonathan Greene I was looking up OPRA and Certificates of Occupancy but all the articles I find are related to NJ, I'm not able to confirm if they have anything like that in MD. 

Problem tenants that we can't do anything about, owners who don't clean up after their dogs in common areas, etc.

It has cleaned up alot from what it used to be and with the gentrification came in higher market prices.

Back when I did inspections, buyers usually didn't notice fogged windows, or maybe some people think that the fogged windows can just be cleaned or something....?

After a year you know if they are going to pay on time, keep the place clean, complain about everything, beat their co-tenant, leaving holes in your walls and so forth.
