I'm looking to for introductions to investor friendly realtors in Raleigh, NC, as I would like purchase two rental properties in the next couple of months. 

I would let the lease sleeping dog lie.....right now it appears they have no binding lease, so you have flexibility to put them on month or make them sign Your lease.

Does anyone know of a bank that is friendly to owners that want to keep their anonymity from the public?

Find a friend who wants that house and assign the contract to them.

I am always looking to connect and make friends with like minded people.

Could anyone direct me to investor friendly real estate agents and banks in the areas?

Hi Ron,I considered buying a vacation rental with some friends in Truckee  several years ago.

. :)  and many of my friends or Colleagues  same thing they sold business s or inherited HUGE chunks so what works for them and what works on BP is not really germane.. ..  

That was one of the areas we were focusing on and loved the street because coincidentally our family friend who was our real estate agent lived on the same street about 10 blocks away.We went to visit the house and there were already 30+ offers mostly cash and over asking!
