They went from a single multiplex in Hamilton to hundreds of millions under management.

I've always wanted to reach a million dollars and up in life and also live a happy and somewhat worry free life.

This yang approach will eventually get there but why not take a more holistic approach to your business now.Surely, it is sad to make millions of dollars and burn bridges with all of your family, friends, employees and other relationships.

After a few months of studying for and getting my Real Estate license and countless hours setting up business entities, bank accounts, and the 1 million other things a new business needs I got to actually do some work!

Commercial takes more capital though as purchase price is in the millions versus the smaller houses.

Then after you have built a multi million dollar business, if you decide to, you can start buying 100 unit apartment buildings.
