Think in terms of benefits you offer rather than the features of the process.

The city's appeal is the continuous flood of new restaurants opening, the music scene, a festival or 5 every weekend, easy access to beautiful city parks and walking trails and paths, an easy airport to connect quickly, and that ole southern hospitality. 

I Understand that but the home prices continue to go up along with the rising interest rates.

Prices will continue to rise and if your buying for long term the price will always be more than what you paid.

Because in my case steps 2,3,4 continue to change!
