We, as a state, didn't do the full shutdown like many other states did and I wonder if that will ramp up or economy a bit faster than others.OR it may be that other markets dropped fast and will recover fast (the now famous V shape recover).It will be so interesting to look back in 1-5 years and compare different markets.Wishing everyone the best!

I'd actually find a property in a neighborhood under-going revitalization such as Edgewood in DC that will likely be a lower cost to get in and show faster appreciation. 

I recently got my insurance license and intending to start my own online agency but not sure if that will slow down my process in getting a loan since I know a normal W-2 job would probably make the process faster or not.

What I cannot see happening is the RE appreciates noticeably faster than appreciation. 

With this level of revenue deterioration, hotels are going to face distress much faster than other types of real estate.

All has to do with the weight and footprint on the floor.

But if you desire to own more properties faster, financing is the way to go.
