The idea is to give it for rent.Think that terraces for offices will not pay off but it is a very nice looking match and want to make an offer.Sellers want a price for the terrace that is 1/3 of the office one per sq feet.I think it should be around 1/10 since renters will not pay more than that as an extra I gues.

Property Details: 10202 3 Oaks Way, Santee, CA is a 2 /1 - 875 sq ft with a poorly converted garage into a master suite in a really nice part of Santee (East San Diego).

:-) We don’t mind the extra time that it takes to make sure that renters don’t intend to have their wedding ceremony and reception at the house!  

I figure if I get my license I can work as an agent in my off time to bring in extra money but more importantly to LEARN the business.

Anybody will be okay with making multiple offers as long as it is reasonable.If you are offering less than %20 or more than you need somebody who as a lot of time to waste.You should give details, I am sure one of the agent will be following up.

I still use him once in a while (2 roofs in past 3 years) when I need the extra hands.
