If an original is not available, you will have to provide the Court with an explanation for why you do not have the original.

So unless you are really anal about all that stuff, you wont really hold up in court as a true LLC.My decision...no LLC be heavily insured.... great explanation!

We don't have a minimum credit score, but if it's under 620, we require a LOT more data: W-2's, bank statements and written explanations for issues on background checks.
