They might want to hang 50 pictures on the walls and that's ok; we've had tenants put stickers on walls/ceilings/doors of the kids' bedrooms that can't be easily removed, so they leave them.

I have three criteria for when I look to invest in any business - 1) I want to make a lot of money, 2) I don't want to spend a lot of time doing that and 3) I like businesses that are very simple - something I can easily explain to my wife and parents (and that's exactly why I lost money investing in Bitcoins!!

I’m not sure what the entire picture looks like yet or how I will get there but when I ran across the BiggerPockets podcast while looking for something to expand my knowledge and to listen to during my drive in to and from work, it seemed like a godsend.So in summation, thank you to Brandon and Josh for getting me here via podcast, I’m looking forward to getting to know the rest of you on this site, and I’m ready to start this crazy new adventure!

The tenant can pull up a truck and move desks and chairs in the middle of the night pretty easily and skip town.Medical office is a different animal.

You can also look at triplexes and fourplexes pretty easily if you are flexible with location given the funds you have (and the lending on this is very straight forward). 5+ units are even an option - it is all just about what you ultimately are looking to achieve!
