They offer a CC payment option - I'm not sure if that would allow your tenants without bank accounts to pay online via a prepaid debit card, or BlueBird type card - it's probably a good question for them. 

All options are good if you play your cards right.

As of right now, the lien on the property is for $300,000 in unpaid taxes and the owner has disappeared from the area.This is a brick building built in 1969, and according to the property card it has (1) one bedroom, (2) two bedroom and (3) three bedroom units.

So how do I get into that and then it hits me, If I get any job that pays me at least $10 an hour in addition with my current job I should, if the planets aline the card play out and the fates agree, be able to pay my loans off in five years and still have a little left over maybe enough for a $10,000 house or two. not much I know but if I get a job at say a hardware job to boot well not only will I have that money but I will get a discount to buy the tools I need to flip houses and relearn some of those skills that I need to do it.

I noticed on my credit card statement that I'm billed about $10 a month.  

I keep a card for each one of my loans that I can easily see all of my balances and payments. 

If someone played the "I magic'ed it from the Internet" card on me I'd hang up in a heartbeat.
