I've pretty much only been doing houses for 12 years since 2007 but see a new wave of du and quadplexes coming from aging boomers. 

To which I said “well I’m about 40 years from traditional retirement age, so I hope not!”

Besides the old technology, the AGE of the wiring itself is a major concern. 

Look at the amount of households, ages, number of units etc. 

BTW I’m his same age and I’d never pull crap like this, so don’t blame it on “dumb college kid stuff”.

The size and age of the judgment and the type of lender would dictate whether the lender would require the item to be paid in order to originate the loan. 

I have an tremendous amount of support from them but they do not believe that I can achieve anything without going to college, so just like any other teenager at this age, I am determined to prove them wrong.

The project took about 6 months start to finish and I netted about $10k and maybe some gray hairs at the tender age of 23.

She is getting up there in age and is becoming easy to take advantage of.

The longer a tenant stays, the more likely that they will get more of their security deposit back because things naturally age and need to be updated over time and we can't charge tenants for "normal wear and tear."
