Maybe you may want to think about adding that to your offering.I am talking about buying a one off note off of FCI exchange.. not investing in a Pool.. but not sure about back end help just read the patch of land threads with all their defaults they have more defaults in one month than I have had in 6 years  LOL.Anyway I don't think we are allowed on the open forum to go into the nitty gritty of how we do business as it would be self promotion.. 

It's not in any lender's best interest to promote its risk assessment by an unqualified public

Wells Fargo promotes home ownership by allowing people who are going to live in the home 15 days from listing to make an offer, and then after 15 days offers can be made by investors. 

It's the old question, say who do you know that is wanting to sell thier home, got a promotion, is about to lose their home, lost a job...etc.

Seeing as I have two little ones here at home, I cant just go to REIA mtgs and network, or even drive around putting up bandit signs to entice investors.What do ya'll think?

Most likely it does, to an extent, it makes most people fat, can promote unhealthy conditions or habits!

Since I do my own landing pages I promote to the individual on the organic list as a result of the landing page content that generates a potential lead.

YouTube has been a great platform for me to self-promote as well as market my properties in a unique way.

I don't know what kind of sales dollar volume you are talking about, but by signing on with a Rutenberg agency, the better part of 3% of that back into your pocket should be enticing enough.
