If there are buyers on the other end the market will be fine.very true in the mid 80s the pac nor west including seattle was in the Toilet and Bay Area was gaining steam.then when Bay area and much of CA went in the toilet in 89 to 92 ish.. at least the Portland market was really taking off that's when I went to Portland in search of Evergreen trees  LOL and we found them  :)

There is nothing fun to do at our place, except that it is a Christmas tree farm, so people might like going for walks in the tree field.
