Also, learn how to market yourself by becoming educated and promote what you are doing in a productive way.

Because they now know better and in many cases have realized their legal education and experience has not prepared them for dealing with the changes in emphasis from contract law to regulatory law.

not only the HOA fee's but the stability of the HOA... an unstable ill functioning HOA can kill a condo projects values.. use your education to delve into the financials of the HOA before pulling the trigger.
