The investigator deemed the act unlawful and debarred Clussive from closing another FHA or VA insured loan transaction.Now, to be honest with you, the action by HUD did not damage Clussive’s career.

I had a birddog call me about a fire-damaged house he could get for $40k that was worth 325k.

But I know the worst case scenarios in my state (many $$ and months before possession, plus possible property damage).  

Leaving this unanswered damages your reputation.

Now he's posting on this board saying he'll be "happy to discuss" with me verbally AFTER the damage is done and I go off on a rant??

There were some major water leaks in the upstairs bathroom that have never been addressed, and caused major damage to the lower hallway.  

Not to mention other damage to paint and laminate surfaces..If you try to vent it into a crawlspace, the mold will happen even faster.I'd do what it takes to get it vented outside.  

But most lawsuits are over minor stuff like tenants disagreeing over security deposits, property damage etc.

When things are going well, life is sweet.The other times, you have to learn to deal with lemonade and you just have to go onsite to expedite.2013 experienced a fire in the upstairs and water damaged the lower unit. 

The inspector noted the drywall, but apparently did not think to go into the dining room on the other side to see if there was damage done to the floor!
