I wouldn't do it unless you're a huge complex with a full-time maintenance staff.You'll end up with tenants downloading crap they shouldn't or streaming too much Netflix and slowing down the service.

Especially when most of the stuff that I see is pure crap.

The forums contain good content along with tons of crap which takes hours to sort through.

I do point out that the dog crap all over the carpet is fine and the cockroach infestation is something I will take care of..I solve problem...

Do I really need to dig deep and find pieces of crap that need full renovations (I've seen a few of those and they still cost a fortune), BRRRR or some other fancy strategy?
