Most cities across the country are actively looking for ways to solve the affordable housing crisis.

Last time I saw this I was in Greece in 2007, learning the flip game in an environment so out of whack that after the bottom fell out of the giant Ponzi scheme that the country had become, the Greeks were forced to admit the situation would take generations to fix.I'm not going to cry doom and gloom.

Not so much on the longevity of the company although that can happen it's more rare in form so you're looking at those two main venues or those two paths that normally the lenders go down.

I think it really just depends on where you are at in your investment path. 

You can definitely make this work in many markets across the country!

This is one of the problems I have with people all over this country who tell you to buy and hold in a down cycle.

So the optimal income path from an investment perspective is, what sort of a job will get you into the highest possible pay early on for the least amount of education or certification or credentialing investment? 

The best and most optimal path forward will essentially be dictated by their wishes, and should take into consideration asset protection, income taxes and estate/gift taxes.

You have to be mindful of others, positive about what you need to do, and stay balance and unemotional to build your path.3.
