I had a client kill it doing roscoe village 2 units to single family conversions few years ago, rinse and repeat projects. 

Decided to keep the conversion.

When manually searching the addresses using the respectful local county tax assessor's websites, I've found accurate ownership information and have been able to hold actual conversations with the property owners via cold calling.

Based on the conversation I had with them, they definitely appear to be a great lender option especially in competitive markets like Denver!
