Looking into prefab metal building versus wood construction.

I recently finished construction on a large custom home in a gated community in a rural setting.

There is variation in the quality and consistency of inspectors, as with any large operation.

They will use the Class A funds (me along with others) plus with an unspecified equity amount (Class B) into purchasing the asset ($250K), and the rehab ($80K) will be a bank construction loan. 

i own a property management company, construction company, rental property, flip houses, mentor investors, and hopefully will own part of a brokerage within a year or so.

Theres houses are designed to be cool and flashy but not practical and actually poorly designed and usually poorly constructed (because of the extremely fast time frame).

If you are interested in a carrer change and become more involved in RE, how about a construction management option at CBRE, Habitat Company, or other real estate managment firms? 

I had new construction homes and had tenants in there from the day they were built until I sold them 10 years later … but I am busy and rentals are far down my list of things to watch or worry about.
