With the current cost of renovating - what is the consensus ?

Cost is $40k.I can't help but think there is liability on the company for selling a property and not disclosing this.

The larger ones cost a fraction more, but will be cheaper in the end as you don't need as many.

With the higher inventory we are seeing and the rates staying where they are, I think it's a solid time for a buyer to get a deal from a seller that is struggling to get their pricepoint due to too much listing competition and high buyer skepticism.
