How is the communication?

Things I have never had a tenant care about (at least that they communicated): age/type of windows; countertop material; floor material that's not carpet; age/brand of appliances; plants/type of landscaping; color of house exterior; roof type/material; fence type/material; no garage; no dining room.

Of course I have done my due diligences in researching and  finding as much information as I could on how to get started, but I find that communicating on the forums makes for a more reliable and personable response. 

Some buyers/agents do like a preliminary communication, sometimes referred to as something like a Term Sheet, basically just something like bullets points, outlining a proposed offer.  

Some cities define a separate unit as one that has no communication with the other unit. 

All people have a different preferred method of communication... some people screen all their calls but may respond to a text.

There are web-applications that some GC's and consultants use to make remote investing for their clients much easier and more communicative - remote investing can be tricky, but it doesn't have to be.

. - and by how he communicates, may even have some mental health issues.How should I handle this?

Seems like something is lost in communication here.My suspicion is that the problem is far more serious than what the worker told you, and immediate repair is required. 

Since He does not respond to my texts, I don't have a good communication channel, other than sending mailers and text messages that don't get answered.One concern I have is that this is a duplex and the tenant can decide to fill the yard with junk and cause problems for my other tenant.
