May I know what lender or banks for HELOC do you use for home equity line of credit or equity line of credit on rental properties?

Hello everyone,I’m the owner of a seasoned general contracting company with extensive experience in residential remodeling and assisting other investors with property flips.

Not only investors, also talk with lenders, property managers, agents, construction people on the sidewalk.

The slab and walls in reality likely add no value to the property.

Unless you're buying under market value or with all/mostly cash, it can be tough to be cash flow positive on a rental property here, and extremely unlikely to find any that meet the 1% rule as a LTR.

We have a rental property and did not provide a washer or dryer. 

We now live overseas and are renting it as our first property.

I have a rental property that has a main house and an ADU on it. 

I'm not sure the house would make a good rental property anyways as rent estimate is below 1% of value.
