This is an example below but easily could be done in the future of my business.I️ sell my free and clear property for 100K, which is what it appraised for.I️ purchase a property worth 160K for 90K and it needs 10K repairs and I️ wanted to use that 10K left over to invest in the property I’m purchasing.What happens in this scenario if I️ wanted to do a 1031 exchange.

We're comfortable we've come up with a workable solution that fits these limits if we can just cut through some of the red tape and compete the project in under 12 months.I'm told the certification alone can take 6 months to a year.

I just spoke with a motivated seller of a 2bd 2ba condo that is free and clear.

Last night one of them set up a circular saw and was cutting wood for their bonfire at 9:00 at night.  

Also it is not clear if the 2 additional bedrooms are an additional unit but if they are make sure that the zoning allows for multiple units on the property.
