The usual japes, hanging a noose from a tree, black glove with middle finger up, just general racist "first ammendment" stuff against my tenant just didn't get a response from the cops.So one Saturday, the racist neighbor kicked off, my tenant called the cops, used the line he'd been practicing for a few days.Sheriff office sent a supervisor, who saw this racist practicing his first ammendment rights, decided that it was harrassment with credible threat, the neighbor got hauled away, spent two months in jail, the tenant got a restraining order from the judge, and after some back and forth, the neighbor took a plea.

I personal favorite is the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates every month with their Worcester location, next Waltham one is July) and they draw well from both sides of the city so you can make NH and Cape connections there.

Up to then they were enforceable in California based on a California Supreme court decision and neighbors made sure they were enforced so agents would check the status when they took a listing and include it in the MLS information.I did have a black friend that wanted to buy in a mixed race area but that particular property had the restriction.

Here it is in black and white, will a listing agent pay more attention to an investor coming in with an offer for the agent to double dip commissions, possibly tripple dip, or one who comes in with a buyers agent where their max is 3%?
