Would you be able to perform a walk through and draft a report of the property condition along with photos? 

The photos of your bathroom, while slightly dated and maybe boring, look perfectly functional.

There's only one photo and it's of the exterior, so that tells you that it's either occupied with a hostile tenant or it's so much of a wreck inside that they didn't think photos would help.

Good luck.Also one tip is sometimes you can just get them to send a photo of the info you need for the insurance even if they take a picture of a computer screen because they don't know how to do a screenshot.  

Make sure you have a proper contract, ask for proof of their electrical license, their business insurance, and a photo of their ID to confirm who they are.I've asked contractors for a photo of their ID, and they said fine, but then I want a photo of yours.

People are buying a lake house, the 1st pic in the listing photos should be the view of the front of the house from the lake, or the view of the lake.  

Everyday we communicate with photos, videos, text etc.

Finally, everything in the photos appears intact and functional- don’t fix it, if it’s not broke!
