There's only one photo and it's of the exterior, so that tells you that it's either occupied with a hostile tenant or it's so much of a wreck inside that they didn't think photos would help.

Good luck.Also one tip is sometimes you can just get them to send a photo of the info you need for the insurance even if they take a picture of a computer screen because they don't know how to do a screenshot.

Make sure you have a proper contract, ask for proof of their electrical license, their business insurance, and a photo of their ID to confirm who they are.I've asked contractors for a photo of their ID, and they said fine, but then I want a photo of yours.
