Does anybody believe that the buyers fall into that category?

So I have what I call two categories of receipts: receipts I self-pay, and than receipts that come in through the property manager (for both income and expenses) .For my property manager receipts, I am a little confused as to what I need to do for record keeping purposes.

Producing the job on time and on budget was part of the estimate and if we made both of those goals we were paid a bonus. 

I use 3 categories for repairs: Bad, Really Bad, or Awful.

It was a cosmetic mess with some other bonuses thrown in (don't step on the bathroom floor, ya dig?).

It also has a full attic to I can finish into a master, and a full poured concrete basement I can finish as well, ultimately taking this house from a 1050 sq ft home, to near 2300 sq foot. 3/3 with bonus non-conforming bonus in basement.

Taxes fall in the same category.

I am not convinced that the current rate of job growth, nor the bonus sizes I'm seeing across the street are enough to sustain the current rate of gentrification.

Unless you get audited, your expenses are sent in broad, large, generic categories.
