Before 2008 it was common for the loan officer to foot the bill and if the loan went through, the fee would be rolled into the closing costs - zero fee from the applicant borrower up-front.

So far Tenants have options in making their rent payments... there are multiple options from a stimulus bill offering $1,200 per adult, to $600+/week offered for unemployment in addition, to state unemployment, to personal loan availability, to LL’s making it easier where possible.

And we was looking for a place to rent and will Roberts had a place so he offered it to us . well at first it was a $100 a month and he would let us know what the bill were and he would leave them in his name and we just give him the money and he wpuld pay them.

Certainly if you felt more comfortable with an accountant doing so, you could also do that.The last thing I would point out is if the tenant asks for clarifications on your reconciliation calculations, then you may need to go back to the seller to get receipts, utility bills, etc.
