Beautiful, fully stabilized property a stones throw away from local university.

Here are my 2 stories:Story 1-  Saw this beautiful and inexpensive house listed in an OK neighborhood. 

Maui County recently passed a bill that increased the size and number of allowed accessory dwellings in several zoning districts.

The property is a well-maintained building near downtown in our rural Wisconsin community, split into two spaces with one commercial tenant (beauty salon) and one residential tenant (un-related to the commercial tenant), each on month-to-month leases.  

AB-68 is a recent CA bill (goes into affect Jan 1) that basically allows an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and Junior ADU (JADU) be added to virtually ant SFR in the state of CA.  

I mean checks out beautifully as I was reading the list until the Pitbulls 😬😬😬

In other areas of beautiful and cheap land, there are groundwater contamination zones in certain places due to chemicals used in the 70s and before on golf courses and nurseries.  

West Hartford seems like a beautiful town and the realtor that we’re working with said there isn’t enough rental property availability for the amount of people who want to rent who work in nearby Hartford.
