It needs one BR carpet replaced but we are considering replacing both BR's carpet, all blinds but one need to be replaced, the walls need patching and painting, 2 screens need repairing (one just new screen material the other they will build the screen frame from the kits), bath vanity needs to be replaced, lots of cleanup, and a little yard work.
