I'd point out that the bathrooms were completely remodeled and he'd shoot back "but they aren't newly added, bathrooms were here before".

Replaced all flooring, roof, cabinets, marble counters, light fixtures, stainless appliances, interior paint, ceiling repair, new walk in shower in master, new bathroom vanities, shelves in bathroom, chain link fence, new Air Conditioning, and landscaping.What was the outcome?

I looked at 9 bed facility before which had a similar layout, but in my case it would have been more beneficial to me to build more bathrooms.

@David Walbolt I have attached a more detailed image of my layout (Image 2), but essentially there is a space between Bedroom 1 and the Living room that is occupied by two closets that share a wall.

Other than that we will just be putting in new flooring, paint, bathroom vanities, etc.

Also important to remember is that an OPRA does not resolve all of the issues if a permit was never applied for a there is suddenly a basement bathroom.
