I showed up today with the 3 properties I'd be interested in watching, along with some basic info I thought I needed... address and my "max" number. 

That and watching basically every podcast.

Weird how they work it, but that is basically it.

Im a long term investor and when buying not planing to sell in 5 years, the reposition and sell play is basically Flipping MFR.

I just realized that I'm basically at the 2 year anniversary of my wife and I's first investment purchase and wanted to give an update and some lessons learned.If you're interested, here's the original thread, which I posted just before we bought.

Basically i wanna understand the pros and cons of both i can always balance it and come to a decision on my own lol.

I've done a few deals but I'm basically at the 'drinking from a firehose' stage this week. 

 I’m in need of a plumber or  handyman to do some basic plumbing repairs on my rental property in North OKC.
