The bathtub has the old style valves—one for hot and one for cold, and there's no limiter on the hot water.Anyhow, these tenants are having a baby soon and I wonder how I might protect the tenants from accidentally letting the baby get scaulded, and also protect myself from any lawsuites resulitng from scaulding water.Does anyone have any ideas?

The company I currently work for is still a baby and my boss is thinking about shutting the doors.

I am a STR investor who currently owns two properties in East Tennessee (Smoky Mountains) and I am seeking property in the Nashville area since my son and wife live in Brentwood (south Nashville) and a grand baby on the way.  

I had a tenant ask to install their own clothes washer because the husband was a mechanic and they wanted something heavy duty.

Guess my question is....so you supply a completely empty unit that was professionally cleaned...and the owner gets bed bugs.....which are typically associated with..... beds, clothing, etc etc......so who is ultimately responsible?

After his shift was over, he changed clothes into a nice suit and tie, then the video shows him running up on a large stage in front of a huge crowd and he yells into his microphone, "Who wants to be rich like me?"

She asked why and he told her that he didn't like her boyfriend because of his clothes and his attitude.

We are young and have a 10 month old baby.
