@Jason Lipe We've never taken a Fortune Builders class or attended one of their seminars, but over the years we've met people, who after attending their seminars or some other seminar started making & continue to make a lot of money.

If you are looking to shadow someone, attend a REIA as mentioned above. you will then be able to see who fits your personality and maybe able to shadow or work with them more.
