You need a good attorney in REI, and always have paperwork that if were placed in front of a judge, they would seem it was a fair arrangement.

The operating agreement should address possible arrangements, how you admit another member, events of withdrawal, voting rights (might think in terms of a corporation with preferred and common stock as to voting rights), buy-sell arrangements and authorizations granted to members or managers.A good attorney isn't just a lawyer they are also planners that can map out the direction of operations, they can be the gatekeeper that allows flexibility but keeping you on the main track. 

You don't do any of the closing type arrangements, the negotiator/agent will handle that.

The Texas Department of Transportation also started building a tollway connecting Denton County to Dallas in 2013 though the final stages of construction have not been declared yet.  

The tenant has been waffling on outside daycare now with the current babysitter arrangement and is disputing and questioning the commercial business clause.
