@Ervin Goodrum If you're going to go this route, you'll probably have to be a little away from the city to get past the red tape.

Its a 6 week process and would cost $100 for the application.

Is there a formula for this application? 

I agree with this 100%Zoning restrictions and all the red tape doesn’t make things any better.towns/cities need to ease up 

The policy owner is literally in full control.There are, of course, more pages to a life insurance policy - because a life insurance policy does so many more things than a mortgage.What you should be comparing is all the application paperwork, underwriting, and time involved getting approved for a 16-page mortgage document (every time you want a loan) -- compared to the guaranteed approval of a policy loan that is zero pages long.

I recently found a company in Washington state that sells drywall tape that is already textured (you can buy it smooth as well) that cannot be punctured - so it can be used instead of patching with drywall and mud - and look invisible when paint is applied over it.
