However, when someone is in favor of socialized medicine, taking from those of us that work to give to the lazy, anti-God, etc, I'd say that, yes, they're a socialist.

We are currently living in an environment where the Realtor's lobby have managed to pass laws that are anti-competitive and because of that they have managed to keep the price of their services at a pretty high level.

I have tried a few other online forums and found them to be scams,,,  but it looks like this one is for real with real people.I really don't understand forums so I don't participate much. 

He asked me to review his note and TD, AFTER he already funded the "6 figure" loan.Here is what I found.1)The trust deed was never recorded.2) The person that signed for the loan didn't own the property and had no authority to encumber the property used for collateral.3) There were multiple liens and mortgages and liens on the property so there was no equity anyway.Apparently this was a big scam perpetrated on many naive private lenders in my area.  

I'm worried about the anti-gentrification effort going on in Boyle heights but it seems to be one of the few places the numbers actually work (barely).
