IMS is very robust and used by many of the top syndicators. there are less expensive alternatives out there but offer less features.

Another alternative is to reach out to a professional to guide you in setting up your books and coach you in the process.

After I burned through 10 of those I started to seek alternatives like commercial banks and LendingOne.Since then, I have had all my conventional loans refinanced with someone like LendingOne or commercial banks.Does that mean my 10 conventional loans are reset?

Our construction project has slowed down but we are progressing slowly with caution at this point and low availability of labor and materials. 

I have found doing the webinars and using all the free material here at BP has been super helpful and motivating!

It goes on my books as 'materials' and the record shows what was purchased, where, to which project, and the Payee will be the worker.

@Kristin Smith do you know of other alternatives from a lender if you are trying to buy a property not to live in but rent out?
