Here in Northern Illinois, the codes pretty much require copper.

This may seem like a silly question, but aren't Landlord Tenant Laws governed at the state level, so each city should have a uniform eviction process that follows the state code?  

Most codes require an auto bleeder to allow air to escape from the system.

I would advise against classifying it by zip code.
