Additionally, there are 3 units in this house and they are all leased until June of 2019 - so we couldn't move in anyway.Speaking with a mortgage broker, we were advised that - if we were to use a FHA loan as first time home buyers - for a duplex it would be 3.5% down.

In addition, property management companies will keep you at market rent, screen tenants, follow fair housing laws, etc...

Hey guys, I am a real estate broker in Los Angeles and I have a client who is looking for a ranch style vacation home in Bozeman. 

Every rental housing unit shall provide at least two hundred twenty (220) square feet of floor area for the first two (2) occupants and one hundred (100) square feet of floor area for each additional occupant.

However, I have seen with new construction, that side by side units require much less red tape to build new as opposed to a traditional "decker" style multi.   

He hired some additional help and said it would take him a week(I estimated 3-4) to finish. 

I don't know which style is best, as there will likely be multiple bidders there using each style.

I'll tell you right now, I wouldn't spend any additional money on staging.
