@Tim Wright and I know of a commercial lender - Luana Savings Bank, HQ-ed in Luana, Iowa with offices in the Des Moines (DSM) metro.

The only ones who respond are the on call Tim, the property management coordinator, and Patty the "executive assistant". 

@Mark Golden I agree with @Tim Herman (thank you for the mention as well), make sure you are setting strict screening criteria to steer away applicants who would just be a waste of your time.

Tim MartinI talked to BOA the other day, and after being thoroughly prescreened by two people, was granted the priveledge of speaking to one of their loan officers.

McGraw-Hill wanted me to add some new material, so that helped wipe out my summer.

And Palm Desert seems to have some of the least restrictive vacation rental policies--so that's a definite plus.Cheers,Tim
