I started looking where to learn about real state investing, and found Robert Kiyosaki's books which inspired me a lot, I also play his game cashflow online a lot hahahaNow my dad got a job at the US, and all our family is moving to Nashville, Tennessee; Im going to licence to become a real state agent, and also study a Bachelor of science in construction management, I know my dream of becoming a real state investor will come true I will a lot of effort on it and dreams are contagious This is me and I will be learning from all of you as much as I can :DAs well which books do you recommend me to read :D??

In my opinion it is not so much about the courses studied as it is how you applied it and used it later.Some material was quickly forgotten, while other material I use regularly and applied early has been very valuable in many endeavors.
