I actually wrote a book on estimating repairs on a house, but never put it out to the public.

You can't just say "House For Sale, call me".You can say the house is for sale with an assignment of interest of something short and similar, the general public won't really know what that is nor do they care, but others involved in RE may.

I do think it is a good idea to gain help from an industry participant to learn how to navigate the market and as you can see here, also to help keep the public rooted in reality as to the market.

it appears in Madison there is a place called Wisconsin State Law Library that sells them to the public.

BP Community:Unsure if this reply is to entire Public Post Forum or only to BP members that replied.

We wrote an offer for $40K above listing price with a fast close (as requested by the listing agent), limiting repairs requests to health and safety.  

And the law is the law...you don't want to be seen as condoning illegal behavior, at least not publicly.
