Was there a time before all the flipping TV shows and books and seminars that people were making a lot of money but not so much anymore?

Then I saw on TV a show around that time where investigators videotaped doctors preparing phony bills for patients for phony visits, I was convinced. 

This could be a 2-way street if push comes to shove so don't press too hard on the minor stuff.  

The seller replaced the effected outlets prior to COE.Another funny story...during DD on a foreclosed class-A property we found out that the builder (who was also the owner that was foreclosed out) neglected to install cable for cable TV. 

I to am a registered architect by trade and I've seen some very damaged slabs here in Houston that would require 20k+ to repair and some that would just require 4k for pressed piers in the corner of the foundation.  

You will be very hard pressed to find one that will pass an FHA inspection. 

My second opinion guy came in, pressed against the tiles and says it should have been soft to push if the sheetrock was water-damaged.

Cut cable, use the time you no longer spend watching tv to get educated on real estate and investing.
