Do a search here on BP for "Rich Dad" or any other type of training you may consider...What you'll likely find is that there are a lot of high-priced, national training organizations out there that have VERY poor reputations.  

Paying some guru to "mentor" you is a fast way to blow a ton of cash on someone who you may never even meet.Chapter 2 of our free Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing covers how to find an "organic mentor" -- I definitely recommend reading the entire guide, with a focus on that chapter.I hope that helps.

I've just found it to be well organized and beneficial to my REI business!

I use tenantcloud to keep all my leases, maintenance requests, apartment info and photos and tenant communications organized in one place.

Go to the state corporations lookup and see what address the managers have listed in their organization paperwork. 

Understand that this is entirely based on how organized the landlord has been with their record keeping, but curious what experience others have while performing due diligence.  

We have regular meet-ups in the city that @darren @Darren Sager organizes so I'd connect with him too.

Any organization that allows you to be a member and try to get a loan from them?
