In my opinion, I'd recommend to keep the property, considering it's location and the appreciation factor in SD.

Think about offering recommendations, endorsements, or instances of profitable transactions you've worked on or been a part of.Home Flipping: Flipping homes involves purchasing distressed properties, renovating them, and selling them for a profit.

I recommend connecting with an investor-friendly lender that can give you an idea of what you will be able to afford based on your DTI, credit score, and current income & assets.

It depends on grade of property but would never recommend going over 10%.

It may be that you have zero interest in that field and only obtained that degree because you were pre-med.

I am trying to obtain financing for the down payment so that I can keep cash on hand for my fix and flips.

My buddy does dozens of renos out there, happy to recommend.  

I do not recommend putting cameras on the property.
