Click on "View in iTunes" - this should open up the iTunes program on your computer.

I have enough in savings to pay for it but I keep asking myself should i just sell it and get it off my plate and lose the low interest rate or bite the bullet and do a big rehab and continue renting it out.

I've always been curious on this one as I run into a ton of folks that did taxes incorrectly on turbotax/h&R/etc...and for the question, I think reaching out to a local CPA or to Michael above and just paying for it may be far easier than trying to deal with the IRS yourself.

It's not a popular sentiment, but sometimes just giving to help someone else is the right thing to do!!!
