Pre Qual Process: the client must set up accounts with MyFico.com and TrueCredit.com, promo codes are available to receive 25% off the registration, which is less than $40 for both accounts.Monthly Credit Monitoring also available, good idea if you want to keep an eye on your scores and reports, but not required.To answer your questions1) There are no Upfront fee's2) MyFico and TrueCredit give us the clients reports for all 3 credit bureaus, Myfico uses Transunion and Equifax, While TrueCredit uses Experian3) Login ID and password are required that we can review the full FICO reports and do a thorough evaluation of the clients credit worthiness4) Once we complete the pre qualification process, the client no longer needs the Myfico and True credit accounts, although credit monitoring is helpful!

And while I certainly worked hard, I wouldn't have traded my cushy office, my big computer monitor, my nice lunch meetings, etc, for the work that a lot of Americans do for a fraction of what I was getting paid.Many Americans work twice as hard as I ever did and make a lot less money.

All these metrics point to additional run up in prices so I would probably wait another year or two, in the mean time I would monitor those market metrics and look for a sell signal.But as I said earlier, I'm a buy an hold... so I haven't really put a lot of thought in market timing as a strategy.Cheers...
