Growing up my father was always called a land lord I'm not sure when the term real estate investor became so commonly used.

On the other hand my father, who is my partner, now owns 2 homes 2 rentals and this will be his 3rd rental.

Update: This property is in the grandfather's name, who passed away several years ago and the father never took it through probate.  

My father lives in Florida.

I could use this PMC to manage my fathers mobile home as well as any properties I invest in in the future and maybe other investor's properties (like i said, no other PMCs in the area).if you've made it this far please leave a comment saying hello or any and all advice/criticisms to help me on my path. 

I've been told by my father in law who is a master carpenter and project manager that most of the time it's easier to build new then to renovate an old building.
