That quote included the bathroom fan/light combo, smoke detectors, outlets & switches, as well as the can lights.We had to provide the ceiling fans, bathroom light fixtures, dining room light, and counter pendant lights.

My bother/sister in law are moving back from England, and will be renting for a while.Looking for a duplex that was built to be a duplex (...as opposed to a converted SFR).If you have anything, preferably turn-key or post-rehab (but I'm open), let me know.
