If it is a law office that will be handling the assignment do I need to be aware of any sales techniques they  will try on me when I bring them the paper work (I imagine the  lawyer puffing a cigar sitting back in his chair staring at me with a bright white suite on looking like colonel sanders and  saying with a serious look on his face "son , I do believe you need to get x and x insurance because there are lot's of scams out there, protect yourself and don't be another  statistic, while you're at it you need to buy Advance Contract Performance Processing so your paper work does not get lost or something, it really is the smart thing to do in my professional opinion.

I dont really know for sure where to post this,,,if it needs moved thats fine.I became aware for the first time about a year ago after googling Federal pacific breakers,,,as I was shopping for some double thin ones to stretch box space.

with the $ and time spend on putting things back I don't want to do it again.Yes, bad guy(s) came back but we were ready.few things were done ...1) stopped by and spoke to both side of the neighbor, just to let them made aware of situation.

Be aware that when it is recognized as a phone number, it will automatically turn blue and override any color formatting you may have done.

If the property is listed so low when it's valued at 110K more, it might mean that the place has rental restrictions, is not financeable for law suits or other reasons, that you are not aware of, that there are a lot of condo fees due back in cash from the buyer or there are large special assessm.
